Price Book/Rock Bottom Prices List

In a few recent discussions, I realized that not only do I want to keep track of where I find the cheapest prices (which I can usually remember) but when and for what quantity. The 12 pack? The single pack? Was it a gift card deal with a coupon at Target? Building a "price book" moreso than just a "price list" can give you more and better information!
